IE4W’s 2006 Donation to the SBNF AAT Program

During the 2nd quarterly meeting at the Corona Sizzler the official presentation of 2 Stihl Magnum Chain Saws was made to Greg Hoffman. These were replacements for 2 units that were stolen form the SBNF North Shore Work Station in Lake Arrowhead during the late fall of 2006.

During this meeting our club received accolades from the USFS for re-installing a damaged gate at the foot of Mt Baldy on our Adopt a Trail 2N06. This has been a high priority for sometime, due to the fact that it is a restricted access trail. (insert link to the pictures on our website)  Huge thanks to Doug Viers and DevCo for assisting with this project.

As part of IE4W’s ongoing efforts to support our local forest, profits from the Big Bear Forest Fest are annually donated to the San Bernardino National Forest OHV and AAT Program. Additionally work trips are performed to further keep the trail system in SBNF open for our use and pleasure.
